I have been providing professional counselling for 8 years, and have been involved in behavioral and mental healthcare for 10. I earned a Master of Counseling degree from Arizona State University, and am a fully registered and accredited member of the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP) in Ireland as well as the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotheripists (BACP). My services are located in East Co. Galway, near Athenry.

I have worked with people of diverse backgrounds and identities, specializing in people with neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD) supporting them and their families. My counselling services draw from various disciplines such as CBT and DBT, Behaviorism, Gottman Method therapy, and EMDR.
